• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  
  
• Direct Drop-Off Security: To protect your beauty products from sitting in high temperatures or extreme weather while awaiting carrier pickup, we physically hand-deliver packages directly to our local post office or shipping facility the following business day.
  
  

• Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
  
  
• Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $30.00 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
  
  
• Local Delivery: We offer local delivery for customers in our eligible delivery radius on orders of $35.00 or more.
  
  

• Severe weather events or natural disasters.
  
  
• Regional or nationwide carrier holiday closures and backlogs.
  
  
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
  
  

1. Contact your local delivery carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) directly to file a shipping claim.
   
   
2. Reach out to us at courageousbeautyllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you with details for your claim.
   
   

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dropped off at the shipping facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
  
  
• Address Changes: Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at courageousbeautyllc@gmail.com. We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been handed to the carrier.
